Recycling Contest

Understanding that American use approximately 2.5 million plastic bottles every hour, 80% of what Americans throw away is recyclable, and each person produces 4.4 pounds of trash per day, Marshall Student Leadership as well as 5th and 6th grade concerned students, headed a recycling educational contest. With organization, coaching and planning provided by our very own Health Aid, Ms. Tranganh Vo, students were able to understand what to recycle as well as the importance recycling is for our earth. Every Marshall student participated in our recycling assembly and going through a recycling process daily. Way to go Roadrunners!
